The Singapore Table is a culinary delight and an exercise that could confuse your nose, with the overpowering smells that rend the air. The fragrance of crab meat being roasted, prawn cooked and chicken mixed with the odour of aromatic rice.
There are also other specialities such as Butter Egg Swirl Fish, Malla Chicken, Butter Tiger Prawns, Baby Abalone with Vegetables, Black Pepper Beef, Shark's Fins Soup, Mixed Vegetables and Vegetarian Abalone.
Other than Chilli, the Sri Lankan crabs are available in a variety of cooking styles including Curry Crabs, Butter Crabs and Salted Egg Crabs, which is an all-time ultimate favourite for some.
On top of that, an Indian chef is on hand to prepare the tender "Rod Cane and Itoti Thu' all-inclusive along with authentic Singapore delights such Yarn Cakes and assorted desserts such as Kueh Nyonya, Bubur Cha-Cha, ice cream, and drinks such as Air Bandung and Teh Tarik.
